What geographical area do you cover?

I would say that most of our work (except marketing consultancy because a visit would be required), can be done via email, particularly design, so location is not a problem.

Yes, a complete package can easily be provided, or, a mix & match service covering the areas in which you require assistance. (i.e. new logo, stationery, marketing plan etc).

Events - experience encompasses exhibitions and specialist fairs (examples: education & training, food and drink); corporate hospitality days (horse racing, Test match cricket); team building events; company conferences.

We offer a range of services to benefit existing companies or new/small businesses.

They range from - freelance marketing, PR, website design, stationery design & print, brochure/flyer design, to exhibition or banner design.

Event promotion and management from planning to seeing it through to the end and logging any data obtained onto a database for further analysis.

Photography for all occasions - private or business.

How much do your services cost?

Due to our flexibility, we cover a range of various demands hence having no fixed price.

Quotations can be provided by email once received your brief and have ascertained size/quantity/service etc.

How reliable is your hosting provider?

Quality of service is essential obviously to idesignpics but also as importantly to our hosting provider. All servers are of the best Hewlett-Packard quality with redundant power supplies, mirrored SCSI disks with daily external backup.

The systems are placed in a private server room. The server room has battery backup, diesel generators and a Vesda (Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm) smoke alarm system.

The total bandwidth is at present 2 x 2 Gigabit multi-homed attached and connected to 3 international carriers, Global Crossing, Deutsche Telecom and Level3, in addition to Danish Internet eXchange.

Servers, server rooms and the bandwidth are monitored around the clock, 365 days a year.
